How do I tell you what to engrave?
On each product page, type your text or upload your artwork before you add the item to your cart. If you choose Both sides, there is a box for the back as well.
What artwork files work best?
SVG (vector) files engrave best. PNG, JPG and PDF images need to be high resolution (300 dpi at the size you want engraved). Small, blurry or screenshot images will engrave blurry.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We email you a digital proof, and we don't engrave until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship 5 to 7 days after you approve the proof.
Can you engrave both sides?
Many items have a Both sides choice on the product page. The price updates when you choose it.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Design services are priced on request, so please contact us before you order.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping covers the lower 48 states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. It doesn't include Alaska or Hawaii. The rate is based on your order's weight:
- Up to 5 lb: $8.00, or free when your items total $150 or more.
- Over 5 lb, up to 10 lb: $15.00, or free when your items total $300 or more.
- Over 10 lb, up to 25 lb: $35.00.
- Over 25 lb, up to 50 lb: $50.00.
Most of our items weigh under 2 lb. Flat rates cover orders up to 50 lb; for a heavier order, please contact us before you order.
Everywhere else we ship, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories, and Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout, and free shipping doesn't apply. Canada orders ship with duties unpaid. Our prices and shipping don't include Canadian duties, taxes or the carrier's brokerage fees; the carrier collects them from you at delivery.

Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made to order, so they can't be returned once you approve the proof. If an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until we start engraving. A canceled order is refunded minus a restocking fee of 25% of the item total.
Do you take business and bulk orders?
Yes. We engrave awards, promotional products and gifts with your logo. Request a quote with your items, quantities and artwork.
