Refund policy

Every DropTine Designs item is personalized and made to order, so we can't accept returns once you approve your proof.

Before we engrave, we email you a digital proof. Please check names, dates, spelling and layout carefully; we engrave exactly what you approve.

If your order arrives damaged, or the engraving doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it at no charge.

You can cancel an order until we start engraving. A canceled order is refunded minus a restocking fee of 25% of the item total. Once engraving starts, an order can't be canceled.
