Image quality: SVG (vector) files engrave best. PNG, JPG and PDF images need to be high resolution (300 dpi at the size you want engraved). Small, blurry or screenshot images will engrave blurry. We email you a proof before we engrave. Please upload only artwork you have the right to use.

One item per piece: set the quantity to the number of labels or tags. If your list needs more lines than included, we confirm the difference with you before we engrave.
Your text, as written: we engrave exactly what you send, so please check spelling, numbers, voltages and ratings. Values such as arc flash data must come from your own engineering study. For a long tag list, email it to DropTine-Designs@outlook.com with your order number.

Proof and turnaround

We email you a digital proof before we engrave. Production starts after you approve it, and most orders ship 5 to 7 days after approval.

Shipping and returns

Flat-rate shipping covers the lower 48 states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses (not Alaska or Hawaii), based on your order's weight: $8.00 up to 5 lb (free when your items total $150 or more), $15.00 over 5 lb up to 10 lb (free when your items total $300 or more), $35.00 over 10 lb up to 25 lb, and $50.00 over 25 lb up to 50 lb. For a heavier order, please contact us before you order.

Everywhere else we ship, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout and free shipping doesn't apply. Canadian duties, taxes and carrier fees aren't included; the carrier collects them at delivery.

Personalized items are made to order, so they can't be returned once you approve the proof. If an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it. You can cancel until we start engraving. A canceled order is refunded minus a restocking fee of 25% of the item total.
