Personalize it

Image quality: SVG (vector) files engrave best. PNG, JPG and PDF images need to be high resolution (300 dpi at the size you want engraved). Small, blurry or screenshot images will engrave blurry. We email you a proof before we engrave. Please upload only artwork you have the right to use.

Your logo or text, laser-engraved on a leatherette patch and heat-pressed on the front of a Richardson 112 trucker hat. Made by DropTine Designs, crafted in Texas.

  • Price includes one laser-engraved leatherette patch on the front, with your text or logo.
  • Choose the hat color above, then the patch shape and patch color.
  • The photo shows the hat in Loden/Black with a sample patch; yours is engraved with your design. Every color we offer is in the Color list; to see one up close, visit Richardson's page for this hat (opens in a new tab).
  • Need artwork designed for you? Design services are priced on request. Contact us before you order.
  • We email you a digital proof before we press. Production starts after you approve it.

Ordering 12 or more? Quantity pricing is coming soon. For a dozen or more hats today, request a quote and we'll price the whole order. Your quote reflects our discounted rates at 12, 24, 48, 96 and 144 hats (mix hat colors and styles).

Proof and turnaround

We email you a digital proof of your patch before we engrave and press it. Production starts after you approve it, and most orders ship 5 to 7 days after approval.

Shipping and returns

Flat-rate shipping covers the lower 48 states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses (not Alaska or Hawaii), based on your order's weight: $8.00 up to 5 lb (free when your items total $150 or more), $15.00 over 5 lb up to 10 lb (free when your items total $300 or more), $35.00 over 10 lb up to 25 lb, and $50.00 over 25 lb up to 50 lb. For a heavier order, please contact us before you order.

Everywhere else we ship, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout and free shipping doesn't apply. Canadian duties, taxes and carrier fees aren't included; the carrier collects them at delivery.

Personalized items are made to order, so they can't be returned once you approve the proof. If an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it. You can cancel until we start engraving. A canceled order is refunded minus a restocking fee of 25% of the item total.
